Need a Cultural Treaty

I know a guy from -x- who like to sign cultural treaties. Send him a CT to the name galzzz look it up in the ikariam highscore. I hope everyone knows what to do after that. If you don't, reply to this topic and someone will assist you.

Sirs is another good one. Actually he's a good guy to have on our side in general. We should contemplate a NAP with his alliance.

For some reason I cant send Cultural treaty requests to anyone anymore...I have open slots in my museums and only 4 requests outstanding...I could use more but it doesnt give me the option anymore...anyone know what is up?

Try upgrading your embassy. I don't know if that will help.

I had that happen to me once also. I don't have an answer for you on why it happened, but I upgrading my museum and my embassy. I don't know which one actually fixed it (I think it was the museum), but I can add more people now.
