"I need ____" policy

I think we need some sort of policy for when people say "I need ____"

I'll come online and see a diplomacy message about someone needing goods, but, it was 6 hours ago. There's no mention on the boards about it, so I have no idea if the person has received the goods, if they gave up, if an alliance member already hooked them up...

So, some sort of organization is needed.

well thats what the trading post is supposed to be for. like if some one needs something they are supposed to post it up on that so then whoever sends anything puts what they sent and when. but....no one seems to do it...there are a bunch of those cats that arnt even on the forum

That was actually one of the big reasons why we started the forum. And it would really clear up our inboxs.
