the alliance BBOD (non-aggression pact)

i think we should definately get these guys in to an alliance treaty with us. they are ranked number 23 and they share alot of the same islands that we are all on.

I'll contact their diplomat for a NPA. I'll post here for any updates

Photon's from BBoD may not be too happy with me at the moment. He was one of my inactives that I was farming and came back. I haven't noticed his army growing at all yet, so he might not be playing and just happened to check in on his account. I'm all for it though.

I've sent a peace treaty to there alliance, so far no response. As soon as i hear anything i will post it. If any is farming is done i think it should only be inactives and people who aren't in any alliance. Any one else should be approved by Schwez or Kilgran.

We now have a non-aggression pact with these guys as of 8:30 p.m. central 11/8/08.

No attacks on them or you will be dealt with ourselves.
